It is the passphrase associated with your protected ebook purchase. It is not your Google password, your email password, your payment PIN or your normal Folarin Bookstore account password.
Before trying again
- Read the passphrase hint shown by the ebook reader.
- Enter the passphrase exactly as it was associated with the purchase.
- Check capital letters, numbers, punctuation and accidental spaces.
- Make sure your device keyboard has not changed a character automatically.

Contact Folarin Bookstore support with the title of the book, your order reference and the email address connected to the purchase. We can verify the purchase and explain the available recovery steps.
Never send us your passphrase, account password, payment PIN, card details or verification code.
