Information you provide
When you begin an order, you may provide your name, phone number, delivery address, selected books, and messages through WhatsApp. Authors may provide contact details, book and publishing information, a synopsis, and a relevant link through the author-registration form. This website stores your basket in your browser so it remains available when you return.
How it is used
We use order information to confirm availability, communicate with you, arrange delivery, provide support, and maintain necessary transaction records. We use author-registration information to assess an enquiry, plan possible onboarding, and contact the author or rights holder. Registration does not guarantee acceptance. We do not take payment-card details on this website.
Service providers and your choices
Information may be handled by services needed to operate the store and fulfil your request, including website hosting, catalogue storage, email delivery, WhatsApp, and delivery providers. Contact us on WhatsApp if you have a privacy question or want us to review information connected to your order or author registration, subject to records we must retain.
